My experience working with your company has been very good, for the four years I have been working for Nippon Paper Industries USA Co., Ltd. I also had your rotary seal valves in service at other mills I worked at in Washington, and never had an issue with the workmanship or the services you provided.

The mill installed six of the PMV-12 Rotary Seal Valves on our #8 Boiler many years ago. I am not sure when they were installed, but originally the valves were too small for the throughput and had to be increased in size.

We inspect our rotary seal valves every six months during our boiler outages, and have only replaced one rotary seal valve in the past four years for excessive clearance between the rotor and barrel. We have been very pleased with the PMV-12 Rotary Seal Valves, manufactured at your facility.
