I want to take this opportunity to let you know how pleased we are with the performance of our rotary screw conveyor and valve built by Precision Machine. As part of our entire Sand Classifier project, the screw and rotary valve have worked very well. During installation, everything was delivered on time and fit together with our other machinery.

The startup was flawless and the operation of the unit has allowed us to greatly reduce our disposable ash. This system has resulted in a significant saving as we now are able to re-injected ash for a more complete bum.

Our operation runs 24/7 and ft is critical this system operate at maximum performance levels at all times. We did have one failure of the rotary valve motor but Precision Machine was there for us. Representatives worked on the weekend to get another motor delivered. Best of all, they stood behind the failed motor so that we incurred no additional expense. It is a privilege working with you and your company. As needs arise in the future, we will definitely look to Precision Machine for assistance.
