Precision Machine and Manufacturing, Inc. manufactures screws to any size requirement and from most commercially available materials. We also fabricate conveyor troughing and all components parts in the same material range.  Our skilled engineers and precise craftsmen can transform your ideas into working pieces of equipment.

We fabricate screws from several types of material.  Materials commonly used are Mild Steel, 304 SS, 316 SS, T1, AR400,  Tri-Braze®, & Super "C"®  alloys. Screws can be configured specifically for your applications.  We manufacture screw flights routinely from  400 to 500 Brinell materials.   Screw conveyor packages can come  complete with drive package, Variable Speed Control, Zero Speed Switch, temperature probes, etc.

Finished screws are fitted with precise fit bushings that are shrunk fit to the machined pipe and are bored .002" over normal shaft diameters for precise alignment and longer wear.  All standard screws are pre-drilled to fit your existing  or new supplied shafts and are supplied with new bolts and nylon-insert locknuts for easy installation.
