Custom Machining PMM brings its modern high-end CNC
machine tools and the expertise of our journeyman machinists to your jobs, from
the simple to the most challenging. Our forte ranges from hog shafts to spindles,
from facing to finishing, in sizes up to 72” (height/width) x 144” (length)
and with unit weights up to 18,000 pounds. PMM also has the capability to
handle production runs on our smaller CNC mills and lathes.
Fabrication PMM’s expert fabricators can handle
any project and apply the same level of care as they put into our rotary valves,
feeders and screw conveyors. Over the years, the Fabrication Department has
built complex assemblies small to large (up to 45,000 pounds).
Rebuilds PMM can extend the life
of your rotary feeder by rebuilding it to like-new condition at a substantial savings
over a new feeder. PMM has been rebuilding all brands of feeders for over
thirty years, and stands behind its rebuilds with the same quality assurance as
its new products.
Design PMM utilizes the latest computer-aided design
software, including Solidworks and AutoCad® to handle the most complex drawings.
PMM’s experienced engineers can create, modify or adapt virtually anything
